Shipping and Payment
To make your shopping experience in our store as easy and secure as possible, we offer the following payment and shipping methods.

PayPal: Pay securely, conveniently and quickly with your PayPal account.
(PayPal Plus) Credit card/direct debit: You can also pay by credit card/direct debit without having a PayPal account. Please note that you will only be redirected to enter your credit card/direct debit details once you have clicked on "order with payment" in the checkout.
The invoice: You pay easily and conveniently by invoice, with a payment term of 15 days.
advance payment: You transfer the amount from your current account. As soon as the payment is received, your order will be shipped. Please include your order number in the purpose of payment.

Self-collection: You can place your order directly in our office at Hildener Str. 27 in 42697 Solingen (near Düsseldorf, NRW) by prior appointment pick it up yourself. Please note that we only accept cash payments on site. To make an appointment, please contact us (email, contact form or by phone).

Shipping within Germany: 3.90 € (goods mail)
International shipping to the EU and the rest of the world: 7.90 € (goods post)
All orders are dispatched Monday to Friday. Orders received before 12pm are dispatched the same day in most cases, provided the goods are available. In addition, shipping within Germany is free for goods worth 50 euros or more. Please note that in the event of a cancellation, you will have to bear the return costs. You can find further information on this in our cancellation policy.

delivery time
Please note that all orders are only dispatched after receipt of payment. As soon as your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation from us by email. If the goods are available, the delivery time within Germany is 1-3 working days. Otherwise, the delivery time can be up to 4 weeks.
